scientific (humanitarian) contribution / BOINC / BAM

I sent a plea by email to almost all my contacts (you may see it in the French translation, see at the bottom link Français) for scientific and humanitarian help ; here's a summary as it's pretty long:

Please take 5-10 minutes of your time to share you unused computer capacity, which is extremely stable and well thought so it won't slow your computer down, with the software Berkeley Open Infrastructure for Network Computing (BOINC) at the URL http://boinc.berkeley.edu/ 

If you have access to multiple computers and/or think you might have to reinstall BOINC, I suggest you use the account manager BOINC Account Manager (BAM!) at the URL http://boincstats.boincstats.com/bam/
