site informations unilingual

Description
I noticed that site informations are all in French, even on the English version, it would be great to have it translated for the English version.
I included a screenshot of the header so it's easier to find the problem and I don't have to explain as much.

Thank you for reporting the bug ! It makes your experience more enjoyable and relieve us of having to find them so we may put more energy on fixing bugs.
I was already working on this issue so your issue is assigned to me. Unfortunately, it's something I can't address right now as I'm waiting for the server administrator to assign me more permissions so I postponed your issue and will get to as soon as I can work on it.

After I received the proper permissions, I fixed the issue so I've set the status to fixed. I hope this covered all your issue.

How thoughtful ! Indeed whenever an issue is not needed by anyone, it should be closed. It still may be searched an someone might have a similar issue or want to add on it. If the issue should be brought back to the attention of users or moderators, it should be opened.
