Menu Restricter introduction

I'm finally out of the closet ! Not the gay one, the Drupal module contributer one. ;)

It saddens me that my first project Menu Restricter is a fork but I didn't feel comfortable to contribute in a restrictive environment as it's one of the thing I love about Drupal : there's a lot of module to choose from the great (moving slowly to the core) to the average to the plain ugly. Also parts of great projects are not so and that's why they're in the contrib section.

I felt Menu Trim (the project forked from) wouldn't allow such flexibility, well it was more than a feeling ... Anyway the only feature that I didn't brought on my own on what I made from it was the ability to choose menu individually and my inspiration was from a level standpoint as my need was for a tertiary level and on to complete the themed Primary and Secondary level menu bars.

So this is simply a project name conversion from the patch I submitted that's been in the issue queue for a while with barely some attention. As mentioned on the project page, the future features are a data converter from the patch which will be quite simple as the original one includes it in its update. I think I will make a conversion branch.
